Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (KB2863811) 32-Bit Edition 12.0

This download updates Office Outlook 2007 files to newer versions. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements. It fixes the problem with the February 2013 hotfix 2760822 for Outlook 2007, where Outlook cannot synchronize with the SharePoint site.
